1. Operating procedures

1. The system must be managed by a special person;

2. The water source should be in an open state for a long time, and requires a water pressure greater than 1.5kg/cm2, when starting the evaporation cooling water curtain unit system, first check whether the water in the tank is clean, whether the water level reaches 3/4 of the height of the tank, and when the water level is insufficient, the water level in the tank reaches the required water level height and then open the pump control switch;

3. After the pump control switch is turned on, the special person cannot leave for the time being, when the water curtain paper is wet and the flow of water is uniform and there is no other abnormality, the special person can leave (first open the water curtain to avoid the water on the water curtain paper to gradually go outward);

4. Turn on the fan control switch (check whether there are any obstructions in the fan before opening the fan control switch);

5. After the operation of the fan water curtain evaporative negative pressure ventilation cooling system equipment, all doors and windows in the building need to be closed;

6. Turn off the pump control switch half an hour before work, stop the system to supply water, and then turn off the fan switch when you leave work (to ensure that the water curtain is completely cooled once a day);

7. When the water in the tank is recycled for 2 days (depending on the cleanliness of the water in the tank), it is necessary to clean the water tank regularly and replace the water to keep the water clean and prevent dirt in the water from blocking the water curtain water supply pipe hole;

8. In order to reduce the suction resistance of the negative pressure fan, please arrange personnel to clean the yarn dust on the protective net of the fan every week when the fan is stopped.

Second, the cleaning tank operation steps

1. Turn off the pump control switch;

2. Turn off the water replenishment valve switch;

3. Open the water tank drain valve switch;

4. After the water tank is cleaned, close the drain valve, open the water replenishment valve, and then open the pump control switch when the water in the tank reaches the required water level.

3. Precautions

1. After the fan is turned on, people should not get too close to the fan, so as not to hurt the human body;

2. Do not place too high or easy to floating items next to the fan, so as not to be sucked into the fan by the fan wind and break the fan blade;

3. The fan and pump are deactivated for more than 3 hours a day (partial rotation can be deactivated) as much as possible to avoid overload operation for 24 hours;

4. When the water curtain cooling system is running normally, the ball valve control switch above the water curtain and the control switch of the pump pressure reducing valve shall not be moved without permission;

5. It is not allowed to hit the water curtain paper with a forced object;

6. When the fan water curtain evaporative negative pressure ventilation cooling system equipment system is not opened for a long time in winter, be sure to dry the water in the water tank, clean the water tank (so as not to use the breeding algae for a long time), and close all control switches.

7. The amount of water curtain water should be kept moderate: the water supply should be kept uniformly wet, and there is a fine water flow along the ripple of the water curtain (too large water flow will cause the water curtain to float and leak).
